Black Beauty II Black Asphalt and Vinyl Tile Floor Sealer has been specially formulated to cover and seal old, scuffed, and worn asphalt and vinyl tiles often found in older postal facilities and office buildings.
Black Beauty II can be used by itself to provide a semi-gloss finish or in conjunction with Magna Gloss 25 to provide a rich, black shine or wet look. It is long lasting in even the highest traffic areas. Typical coverage is 1,200 - 2,000 sq. ft. per gallon. Application rate will vary depending on surface and application method.

Directions: Surface Preparation: If necessary, floor should be stripped free of old wax or finish. Scrub floor thoroughly with a good detergent or neutral cleaner such as Detco’s Kwik Mop. Rinse well with clear water and allow to dry thoroughly. Application Procedure: Apply a thin, even coat of sealer with a rayon mop or microfiber applicator. Allow at least 30 minutes of dry time. 2 to 3 coats are recommended for optimum performance. After sealer is dry, apply a floor finish such as Detco’s Magna Gloss 25. Typical coverage is 1,200 - 2,000 sq. ft. per gallon. Application rate will vary depending on surface and application method. Note: Recommended for use with Detco floor care
