Magna Gloss 25 has been specially formulated to provide a strong, long-wearing, clear, polymeric/acrylic finish for both resilient and non-resilient floors.
Magna Gloss 25 may be mopped every day (with a neutral cleaner like Kwik Mop) and is exceptional for high traffic areas. It gives the "wet look" desired without buffing. It may be used over Black Beauty II and undercoat sealers.
Magna Gloss 25 can be reapplied time after time without having to strip the previous coats for up to 3 to 5 years. Multiple coats can be applied to give a depth of gloss that does not yellow with age.

Directions: Surface Preparation: If necessary, floor should be stripped free of old wax or finish. Scrub floor thoroughly with a good detergent or neutral cleaner such as Detco’s Kwik Mop. Rinse well with clear water and allow to dry thoroughly. Application Procedure: Apply a thin, even coat of finish with a rayon mop or microfiber applicator. Allow at least 30 minutes of dry time. 2 to 3 coats are recommended for optimum performance. No buffing is required, but if the floor is to be buffed, wait at least 48 hours. Typical coverage is 1,200 - 1,500 sq. ft. per gallon. Application rate will vary depending on surface and application method. Coverage can be increased to 1,500 - 2,000 sq. ft. when combined with Detco’s Undercoat floor sealer. Maintenance: Sweep or damp mop every day to remove surface dirt. When damp mopping, use a neutral cleaner such as Detco’s Kwik Mop. Note: Never use ammoniated cleaners for daily maintenance
