Directions: Always test in a small, inconspicuous area first. FOR CLEANEST CARPET RESULTS, always vacuum thoroughly to remove excess soil and debris before treating area. FOR REGULAR OR LIGHTLY SOILED CARPETS: If there aren't any particular stained or heavily soiled area, mix 4 oz HAPPY CARPET to 1 gallon HOT water in Extraction Machine tank. Thoroughly shampoo entire area with a steady pace, making sure Water Tank hasn't run out. After shampooing entire area, go back over same area with just suction to extract as much water as possible. Allow area to dry thoroughly, and then vacuum. FOR CARPETS WITH HEAVY TRAFFIC STAINS: PRE-TREAT stained or excessively dirty areas with ALL-MIGHTY or OXYPRO mixed 1:2 and soak stain. On heavy stains, lightly scrub with soft brush. Mix 6 oz HAPPY CARPET to 1 gallon HOT water in Extraction Machine tank. Thoroughly shampoo entire area with a steady pace, making sure Water Tank hasn't run out. After shampooing entire area, go back over same area with just suction to extract as much water as possible. Allow area to dry thoroughly, and then vacuum. FOR CARPETS WITH DRIED PET URINE STAINS and ODOR PRE-TREAT whole room with DESTROYER, OXYPRO, or GONE FOR GOOD mixed 1:3 following those directions, and letting stand 30 minutes. Mix 6 oz HAPPY CARPET to 1 gallon HOT water in Extraction Machine tank. Thoroughly shampoo entire area with a steady pace, making sure Water Tank hasn't run out. After shampooing entire area, go back over same area with just suction to extract as much water as possible. Allow area to dry thoroughly, and then vacuum. FROM BOTTLE FOR PRE-TREATING or SPOT REMOVAL Vacuum area to be cleaned to remove any loose dirt, lint or debris. Mix HAPPY CARPET at a rate of 1 oz of cleaner per 1 gallon of water for light soils; 3:1 for medium soils; 6:1 for heavy soils or high traffic areas. Mix in hot water tank of extractor. Operate extractor unit according to the manufacturer’s instructions, then allow carpet to air dry before opening to traffic. *Dilutions will vary depending on condition of carpet.

Easy to use, smells fantastic, and price is right . I use all chemgirl products and recommend them.
I was actually shocked how well this took the stains out. We got my son a used car and it had several stains in the carpet and this removed them and made the carpet look new again. It does not have a strong smell, the car just smelled clean. Here are 2 before and after stains, these were some of the worst stains on the carpet.

Everything about this item is as advertised. There is no fragrance and it cleans better than any other product I have used. Would totally recommend it.
It looks clean after shampooing, but these set in stains come back. Not as bad but they do return. Not giving up though because this has been the best cleaner I've purchased so far. I did not buy the destroyer cleaner and I'm sure it would have helped if I had. I'm going to purchase the destroyer if they continue to reappear. I reccomend this product.
