UNDERCOAT is a Water-Based Floor Sealer that also will improve the bonding of MAGNA GLOSS 25 that is to be applied to the floor surface. This sealing operation will enhance the luster, prolong wear, and increase durability of the finished surface. UNDERCOAT is the base for MAGNA GLOSS 25 to provide the “wet look” that is desired.Typical coverage is 1,200 – 2,000 sq. ft. per gallon. Application rate will vary depending on surface and application method. Recommended for use with DETCO floor care products.
